1.turn on tf2 on 4:3 screen
2.play arena mode
3.

What's your resolution?

4:3

no screenshots but check the arena status screen.

sorry for late uploading but i don't have time to play tf2 now.
but i forgot to mention that i use minmode.

You can change that in advanced options ("Spectator target ID location").
Nothing else I can do, I'm afraid.
