Promo Codes Button Appearance #25

Can you describe the problem?
After the 4/17/12 update, the icon started appearing, even though I have not 
activated my rift ticket.

When I click on it, it opens the overlay and brings me to the promo codes page, 
with no codes available.

What steps will reproduce it?

What version are you using?
2.13

What's your resolution?
1440x900

Reinstall the hud. Update removed some of my files.
