Hud won't install #3

Can you describe the problem?
Installed latest patch and nothing shows up.

What steps will reproduce it?
1. open rar
2. extract to tf folder
3. nothing

What version are you using?
1.72

What's your resolution?
1776x1000 at a 16x9 aspect ratio

I'm sorry but it's not an issue with the HUD. ReadMe.txt inside the .rar tells 
you exactly what to do.
