August 2nd: Righteous Bison charge bar no longer working and has reverted to original #4

Simple bug: The Righteous Bison's charge bar has reverted to the small, 
original TF2 HUD bar as of the August 2nd update that fixed some server crash 
involving the Bison. I rather miss the Eve bar, so I look forward to the fix. :D

Valve made some changes to the file but no action on my end is required.
You should reinstall the HUD and everything will be working again.
