Clean up vg playlists and records (which we don't have the actual music files for); add BYOND-side pony playlist and pony vinyl. This does not add pony songs; that has to be done on the server side. A manual for setting up the media server is here: https://u.smutty.horse/mceqtjyiryp.pdf
