I would like to reproduce your Database. Could you please provide a virtual environment for the prerequisites?

Hi,

Thanks for your interest in this project. I have used this script on a computational server with SLURM as its job scheduler. To make sure that I have provided the needed information, I wanted to know if you have SLURM on your computational server. If not, I think I have to adjust the script so that it would work without SLURM.
