building node-webkit, rather than pulling the binary #75

Hi, I just noticed when building, rather than building nw.js (https://github.com/nwjs/nw.js/releases), a binary pre-built is used.

Besides making it not possible to build popcornTime-CE.ag for any architecture, it sounds like a bad practice to use pre-built things on a build stage.

Same applies to all other pre-built dependencies loaded, rather than being built.
