Refactor and Code-Tidy #2

Since the years that have passed since last working on Caracal, my C# / applications development means that my code-style has matured. The entire project needs a code-tidy / refactor, otherwise there is a danger of 2 separate code styles appearing throughout the project.

Basically done - still need to add Doxygen comments which are a separate issue.
