Doing some poking around ... something odd: I note that https://www.cs.bham.ac.uk//research/projects/poplog/latest-poplog/get-and-install-v15.65-poplog-in-usr doesn't seem to appear as such either in https://poplogarchive.getpoplog.org/latest-poplog/ or in the ls_Rlt listing. I can get it from archive.org --- which tells me (correctly) that it's still available: https://www.cs.bham.ac.uk//research/projects/poplog/latest-poplog/get-and-install-v15.65-poplog-in-usr

I have captured the file and, on the basis of @gjhiggins investigation, removed latest-poplog from .gitignore.
