How to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour: 1.I have a touch screen Windows laptop

  1. I open this link https://popmotion.io/api/inertia/#inertia-example
  2. I touch the example, it works fine.
  3. If I now try and use the mouse on the example it no longer works. Only touch works.
  4. So, this example is not suitable for devices that are both touch and have a mouse.

Expected behaviour

I would expect the mouse to still work after touching the screen.
