Update to 0.25 #3

Added branches with the 0.24 compatible version and the 0.25 compatible version

Do we have to update the readme? How one can use the release branch when calling the gem?

Updated the topic branches for each release and updated README.md. Now master points to HEAD of release/0.25-stable
