Description

Hello, I added some specs on the module and also implementing a Github Action workflow. See below exhaustive list of tasks done.

Feel free to suggest or ask for changes if needed

[x] Spec for account, officializations, registration form, user export serializer
[x] Bump from ruby 2.7.4 to 2.7.5
[x] Add Github Action workflow
[x] Remove CircleCI configuration
[x] Define rubocop rules based on Decidim v0.26
[x] Fix rubocop offenses
