Definition:
emerged from: Specimen was determined to have been inside associate and came 
out from inside. Conditions around the specimen collection methods are unknown.

reared from: Specimen emerged from associate in controlled conditions. A 
specialized form of emerged from.

The current definitions deal with specimens, but the relations could be more 
general, using an organism or even a material entity as the domain.

Possibly these terms should go in OBI, not PCO. If they are specific to 
specimens, they could live in BCO.
