Add instances to PCO #104

These should be added as either a supplemental owl file, or even with pco. These would help explain some of the meta-ish concepts, and also serve as a basis of unit tests.

I made a visual of an example abox. Does this correspond with the intent of PCO? In particular, do I have the edge labels highlighted yellow correct?

Thanks again. Another one I will add to the next milestone.

I had not thought yet about the relation between e.g. Class ACO and Species ACO, but, yes, the SubClassOf part-of some relation should be correct, and the Human (collection) part of Mammal (collection) also seems right.

The instance level relations are what we intended.
