Move pco:population quality and pco:ecological community quality to be subclasses of pato:population quality, rather than defining pato:population quality as equivalent to the union of those two classes (as suggested above), because I'm concerned about the implications of specifying logical definitions for PATO classes. Also renamed pco classes as "quality of a*" so they wouldn't conflict with the PCO label.
PATO has a class (PATO_0002003) called population quality. It is equivalant to the union of PCO's population quality and community quality. Need to make a PCO class defined as a quality that inheres in a collection of organism, then PATO classes like morbidity and mixed sex can live under there.
Further development of population qualities can occur in PCO instead of PATO.
