Greetings @ramonawalls!

Spurred on by https://github.com/EnvironmentOntology/envo/issues/499 I revisited #22 in this PR. Naturally, not all the concerns (e.g. where we'll catalogue "microbes") have been addressed, but at least the class will be in there to build around.

I don't have time for an full review this week, but I merged the pull so that the terms are at least in there for ENVO's needs.
