From David's presentation at the PCO workshop. Examples of symbiosis between
viruses (which do require and additional interaction with a host).

Satellites in general: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Satellite_(biology)
specific examples:
- bacteriophages P2 and P4. P4 hijacks gene products from P2 and uses them to
package its genome. See: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23131350
- virophage of mimivirus http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/19653859

Host exclusion
There are many examples where one virus affects the abilty of another virus to
infect a host. This can be either general (e.g. make new restriction systems)
or specific (lambda exclusion of T4).

These relations should live in ECOCORE instead of PCO
