The ROBOT report (http://obo-dashboard-test.ontodev.com/pco/robot_report.html) says we are missing definitions for 8 terms. Check those, and add them if needed.

Some of these were fixed by deprecating roles in issue #89 .

Still to fix: population birth rate [PCO:0000006] population death rate [PCO:0000007] population growth rate [PCO:0000008] potluck [PCO:0000037] pair of interacting organisms of the same species [PCO:0001001]

Potluck just had the definition tagged as a definition source.
