Odd axiom on has_member_of causing inconsistencies for VFB - delete? #98

Looks like an accidental partial property chain:

This causes potential problems for all ontologies using the very general relation has_member where PCO is pulled in via some import chain. (In the case of VFB, DPO uses PCO & we have lots of general use of has_member in the simple partonomy sense.).
