Functionality

[ ] Automagically enqueue popups when detected during page load. #543
[ ] Disable loading popups on editor pages (Front End Only)
[ ] Allow editing popups with page builder.
[ ] Target by template, module etc.
[ ] Allow easily making any element a popup trigger.
[ ] Form integration

Currently supported by using layout shortcodes in the popups.

@fpcorso we need to start working on some of these over the next few versions. It requires creating a new interface similar to that of the form integrations so we can standardize how we interact with them all. Can add support for them in whatever order you prefer.
