well, forgerock is also farplane2 dev mod, and without it, cant use farplane2

This is an issue with rocksdb itself (https://github.com/DaMatrix/ForgeRocks/issues/1). You can work around it by installing both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of MSVC++ Redistrubutable 2015 from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145
