Getting biomes from chunks #57

Extracts the biomearray from chunks. I added a test in ScannerTest but couldn't run it as sun.misc.cleaner seems to no longer exist? Eh, tests are for pussies anyways :D

i may have broken something, the test returns a lot of "unable to parse chunk", but i gotta run now, will look later

nope this also happens without my changes
