Mod Incompatibility with Hangar regarding Communotron 88-88

Describe the bug Hangar is a mod that lets you store vehicles inside hangars, to simplify physics. For the unfoldable Communotron 88-88 it does not seem to get a correct size.

Screenshots The alleged size of the object is way too big. It's even worse then unfolded.

When Restock is not installed it shows a much more reasonable size of about 1.8m x 1.4m x 1.2m.

This is also a problem for the mod Global Construction, which lets you build vehicles away from Kerbin. It also reads an erroneously high value. It's from the same dev, so presumably they use the same technique to measure the size.

sounds like the Hangar mod isnt properly handling skinned mesh scales
