I suspect this is an incompatibility with WorldStabilizer, which checks for the LaunchClamp module that we are replacing

Even if this isnt ultimately caused by WorldStabilizer, it needs a compatibility update for RS anyways. Created https://github.com/whale2/WorldStabilizer/pull/2

Confirmed this is caused by WorldStabilizer, Leaving this open until the PR gets merged
