Copy KSP 1.11.1 Vanilla heatshield drag cubes over. #944

I've got these cube definitions from a brand new KSP 1.11.1 Vanilla instance. If someone could verify these numbers are correct it'd be appreciated.

Secondly, for the 0.625m heatshield we define both 'Fairing' and 'Clean' drag cubes in RS yet the Vanilla part only generates the 'Default' drag cube definition. Any input or thoughts?
