Spark gimbal doesn't work properly #993

Describe the bug I am new to github, I'll keep this short. The gimbal on the spark engine doesn't work correctly, it only moves by one degree instead of two. (like: only up and down) Try playing around with the engine with WASD and you will notice it only moving in one direction.

List of mods installed:

Logs Attach logs if you think they are relevant. The log file is named "KSP.log" and is found in the same folder as your KSP executable

It fixed itself, or was already fixed in a newer version
