It appears that there is at least one bug (#795) arising from misuse of PaUtil_GetTime. Check whether there are more bugs.

806 is a patch to improve the documentation [merged]

870 discusses an undesirable (if not broken) use of PaUtil_GetTime in PaUnixThread_New.

I have reviewed all PaUtil_GetTime usage and following the changes of #877 I believe that all other uses are ok.
