That does not look like the same problem, you can see it has queued an attack. From your screenshot, it looks like it's operating correctly. Could you describe the problem you're experiencing?

I'm doing a Portswigger Lab (Exploiting HTTP request smuggling to capture other users' requests) and it should detect the vulnerability with your Extension but it doesn't.

Have you looked at the issues list? I can see it's reported multiple findings.
