reworked DE translation #17

DE Translation completed from 47% to 94%
The last 6% can't be translated, because translating ComboBox entries produce Toucan exception errors
Replaced some translations with better matching expressions

For anyone looking at this issue later, the "last 6% can't be translated, because translating ComboBox entries produce Toucan exception errors" mentioned above is due to issue #16.
