Provide an option to hide certains tabs (such as the Encrypt/Decrypt) #54

Hello,

In order to prevent misactions from average/ordinary/newbie users on corporate network shares, and prevent them for instance to use the "Encrypt/Decrypt" tab, could you provide an option in order, in the .ini configuration file, to hide such tab ?
