API for keys management

I would really need API for the keys management - working code example (JS/TS) and probably some docs, if possible!

Could you, please, advice what is the best place for the pre-request and post-request hooks?

I'm looking for the way to connect the gateway with my per user limits system:

• deduct the queries available from the balance after the query
• validate if user is eligible for the query - for example, to make sure the request goes to cheap LLMs only, as opposed to a very expensive one
