Update README.md - fix grammatrical errors in README. #49

I have noticed some grammatical mistakes in README inside section "Usage in the Editor"

"Select, change type and change" should be "Select, change type, and change"

" you set up rectangle terrain then change" should be " you set up rectangle terrain and then change"
