v0.0.26 UI : Element Position on Map dynamicaly updated before entire LAT/LON entered #103

Select an Element to Edit

Start Editing Lat Lon

Observed :

Element on map moves with each digit entered in LAT LON (gets off map until at least 5 digits entered

Expected :

Position of element on map is updated only once the full Lat / Lon has been entered ie either on [Enter] either on selecting another field to update (Coordinates field is validated and inactivated)
