Joint two separate nodes with a new segment (bottom node is end of new segment
click and drag "arriving" node to confirm segments are linked
Type in new Lat Lon for the node. Node is split ; Node part of the existing old segment is relocated. Node making part of the new segment is not relocated (but red as selected)
Hit Close/Save Editing then restart editing. both nodes appears appart
Click drag the node, UI updated. Nodes are in fact linked BUT in the original position (New values for LAT LON selected in (3) where not persisted
Workaround : After (2) save exit and restart FGA and THEN relocate the point which makes creation of groudnets for users using lat/lon and not the graphic UI terrible.
