A function to generate and inject traffic

Super Easy but I need to understand the variables an End User can pick from, to generate the file :

Airport ICAO
Number of Flights
Categories for Aircraft Sample [A B C D E only please]
Type for Aircraft Sample [Cargo, Gate, GA]

Those are all parameters that can be taken from the current WIP. So when you want to test your Airport you get a sufficient amount of flights starting up in say next 10 minutes and saturating your stands.

First hack in 0.0.30. Just generates a file using existing traffic and saturating the gates at 12:00
