And what able to do, if the customer gives no feedback until this date?
Some clearing will be useful for this issue too.
After speaking together it should be useful to have a additional datetime fiield and a free textfield to give a due date like 'in 2 days' or something like this.
Should be the sending of a message to the customer fix or optional?
Just a date would be ok. A message is not necessary in my opinion.
