Hi Ralf, yes. I assume that an administrator is not a customer, because MUTicket is designed as support module to work with external support questions.
Now I read you want to use MUTicket as a way to collect internal tasks.
To improve the functionality it were possible to implement an option to activate and deactivate creating tickets of admingroup members.
That would be a nice feature
I want to use MUTicket for a site to collect the todos for this site. I am allways logged in as an Administrator. I can not create tickets myself.
