Check boxes are mandatory #5

It makes no sence to make checkboxes mandatory. Stae ich checkend and mandatory, T_rating and rated are mandatory but not checked per default. But why do I have choice to check or uncheck them?

Yes, there is some work necessary until it works like I wish; also on the templates.
