Fix build and test for new schemas #27

After merging the collection of PRs provided the build and test cycle was no longer functional. I've fixed the missing code exports.

Please review and please let me know if a new NPM package will need to be published now that the package is building again

Do you need an npm publish @daanpape ?

@Qwerios this would come in very handy as we can than implement the new measurement types in DBMatic.

Version 0.0.6 has just been published to NPM. I will ask our journal server API developer to update as well
