Should we start a Post45 Slack or Discord?

Benefits

Announce Post45 publications
Community building and networking
- Members could post CFPs and find collaborators
- Discussion of publications (Post45 & other journals)

Issues

How much work would it be to moderate / manage?
Criteria for joining? Completely open or limited access?
would it be stifling if this were cross-rank? (e.g., graduate students nervous about joining/posting/being candid if senior scholars are present)
Does this need to exist / does anyone actually want this?
