Done: Tested founder referrals, it worked
Done: follow up with later stage folks
Todo: get on the outreach as a backup plan... 40 emails/day from today (that's 12 mins each = 8 hours of emailing)

Done: issue with migration numbers in Django
Todo: when we switched to batch requests they came from users. That means some weird data from "the future" is coming in. Fix that.

Eric

Done: PR for ant design (although there is some error in QA)
Todo: Split up the PR into smaller chunks
