We previously tracked what the email onboarding flow looked like as a series of numbered issues. However, this made it difficult for people who don't have access to Customer.io to get a sense of what the onboarding flows looked like. We also needed to update the flow to reflect the introduction of surveys.
This PR solves this by introducing a file we can update and review as needed. Going forward, all onboarding email changes get surfaced here.
Specific changes introduced in this PR:
Creates the Survey onboarding flow
Adds survey criteria to the G2 review request flow
Corrects a bug in session replays that was blocking all emails
