Title speaks for itself.

I've added a large number of reviewers so that (hopefully) most potential Slack users can weigh in, or at least someone from most teams.

Pending any further feedback, I'm going to say this is approved and we should start moving ahead.

I'll merge this for now, and move to drafting the announcement and plan.
