@simfish85 @minekansu How do you feel about these options, instead of doing a styled email?
@minekansu I'm assuming we don't want to use these further, but I have the messages set up in Customer.io still if I'm wrong.
Messaging
Current draft of the changelog content.
We'll be primarily announcing the new Teams plan via the Changelog, but we'll be sending three emails to draw attention to it.
The changelog email will feature the Teams as a lead story, directing existing users to the changelog and pricing page. We're delaying this email to fit the announcement, planning to send Monday 4th March. This content has already been approved.
CS Segment 1 and 3 emails will be added below shortly. We'll be directing users to the pricing and billing page. We'll be sending the emails to all users in each org that fits the description. We'll time these emails to go on Wednesday 6th March.
The delay between emails is to avoid annoying users, and also to give us time to hear and respond to any user feedback.
