The way CS works is changing a little, such that they are now the Sales & CS team. Simon is focusing on bringing in XL customers. Cameron on L and M customers. Mine focusing on retention.
They aren't doing outbound sales (no whitepapers), but I'm going to help work with them arm them for inbound sales and processes. This will also complement the focus I'm putting in to Support.

For now, this is a bit of a scattershot list. I'm planning to add to it and polish as I go.
[ ] Tailor the automated first email for demos based on the products users are interested in
[x] Set up the data pipeline to get Salesforce data into Customer.io (Contacts and Leads)
