Context
We're updating the TOS.
I know, I know. TOS update are boring. But this one is changing so that we can reduce our prices at any time, with no notice, as an extra special surprise for users.
It's a blocker to https://github.com/PostHog/product-internal/pull/583 and relies on https://github.com/PostHog/posthog.com/pull/8262#pullrequestreview-2000353493
We don't want it to sound boring.
