Merch for LLM companies #230

We'll be sending an additional merch sticker to LLM companies that sign up to the startup+YC programs (Thanks Joe for the idea).

To do this we need to:

[x] Art request for merch: https://github.com/PostHog/posthog.com/issues/9044
[x] Add a new field to the startup+YC sign up forms on the website (done on Hubspot?). Later we can also hopefully use this to send emails.
[x] Update printfection/existing merch bundle to include the new sticker
