Adding in salesforce plugin #24

Hey Conrad! Thanks a lot for this!

I've given this plugin a review here:

In addition, would be great to get a logo.png file. This should just be the Salesforce logo. 200x200 should be fine.

Oh, imageLink is only necessary if you use something other than logo.png. That we look for by default. No problem to include it though
