After the Xcode update: xcodebuild: error: Unable to find a destination matching the provided destination specifier: { generic:1, platform:xros }

Simulators are listed here https://github.com/actions/runner-images/blob/main/images/macos/macos-13-Readme.md but not listed when requested, likely because it's a new Xcode update, maybe take a bit of time.
