chore: replace rn sample

Problem

New project but ran into 2 issues https://github.com/wix/react-native-navigation/issues/7833 https://github.com/wix/react-native-navigation/issues/7819

projects cannot be named with - anymore hence the _ naming. the acronym rn is more popular than the longer version react_native.
